We respond to users as soon as possible. Please note that we may not respond to offensive emails or messages. We kindly ask you to be polite during your communication with us.

Website

The Website provides football statistics and AI-assisted match insights based on historical and publicly available data sources. The Website may display model-generated scenario indicators and analytical assessments regarding possible match outcomes. These assessments are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute odds, betting tips, or recommendations to place wagers.

The Website allows you to:

• view football statistics (for example, historical match results, team form, standings, and player information);
• view AI-assisted analytical indicators and scenario-based insights regarding match outcomes; and
• add matches or teams to favorites and receive notifications about selected events.

The Website does not provide betting services, does not facilitate the placement of wagers, and does not offer gambling-related products.

Payments

Subscription

The Website offers free and paid functionality. The advantages of paid functionality are:

no ads at page;

no ads for viewing forecasts;

access to the Advanced Analysis section.

We may change subscription plans and the features included in each plan from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect.

Payments terms

To use the Website you must pay the subscription fee.

The payments will be charged weekly, monthly or annually (depending on chosen subscription plan).

Subscription Disclosures. Before the user confirms a subscription purchase, the Website will clearly show the price, billing period, auto-renewal terms, included features, and how to cancel/manage the subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

If we offer alternative billing methods in certain regions where permitted by law, any such payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and their terms and privacy notices will apply.

Subscription cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew after each period unless you choose to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. After that, the paid subscription functionality will no longer be available.

Note that deleting the account does not result in the cancellation of your subscription.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, cancellation, and reimbursement rules are described in our Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We do not provide cash refunds outside of the original purchase channel.

Subscription renewal

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for the subsequent subscription period under the same conditions. You will be charged for the next subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription renewal date.

Account

Account Registration and Use

To use all Website features, you must create and verify a personalized account («Account») using your email or by authorization via third-party services.

Please provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep the information of your Account up-to-date.

Users are solely responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality and security of the login credentials;
• all actions taken through their Accounts.

Problems with Account

You may not transfer or assign your Account to someone else.

Please immediately contact us if:

• you have lost access to your Account,
• you know or have any reason to suspect that someone has gained access to your Account without your authorization,
• your credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised.

Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Account at any time either by using the account deletion function within the Website (Account Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting our support team. Once the deletion process is completed, your Account will be irreversibly terminated, and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized, except where we are required to retain certain information under applicable law, as described in our Privacy Notice.

Rules for users

Prohibited Activities.

You must not:

• share accounts, sell access, or circumvent subscription controls;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Website content or data (including via bots);
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code;
• interfere with security, availability, or performance (including DDoS, abuse of APIs);
• use the Website for illegal purposes or to infringe third-party rights.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor use of the Website for compliance with these Terms. We are not responsible for how users use the Website or any information available through it.

Please note that if we find you violating these provisions, we are entitled to apply any measures we see applicable and reasonable in such cases.

Enforcement Measures

• terminate or delete the Account.

However, the Website may be unavailable for various factors beyond our control, including emergencies, third-party service failures, hacker attacks, transmission, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and may be interrupted, refused, or limited, or curtailed.

We do not guarantee that the Website or any feature thereof will be available at all times or in all regions.

We may update, change, or modify the Website (including features and Content) for valid reasons such as security, legal or regulatory compliance, preventing abuse, improving performance, adapting to technical requirements, or evolving the Website’s functionality. However, these outputs are purely indicative, for informational and entertainment purposes only, and do not guarantee accuracy or success in predicting actual match results.

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed under the laws of Cyprus, excluding its rules on conflict of laws.

You agree that any dispute, conflict, claim, or controversy directly or indirectly arising out of in connection with or relating to these Terms, including, without limitation, those relating to its validity, its construction, or its enforceability, shall be settled through amicable negotiations directly with us following the principles of good faith and cooperation.

Jurisdiction. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction for users acting as businesses. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules may apply.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, major outages of third-party infrastructure, natural disasters, or governmental actions).

If such an event materially affects the service, we will use reasonable efforts to restore functionality.

Termination

Termination by Website

We reserve the right at our sole discretion with prior notice to modify, suspend or discontinue the Website, Content, feature, or offers through the Website at any time. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party should any of the preceding occur.

Termination by User

You may terminate these Terms by canceling your subscription, deleting your Account and no longer accessing and using the Website or by contacting us.

If you terminate these Terms, all permissions and licenses under these Terms will immediately terminate.

By using the Website, you understand and agree that we may send you notifications regarding, without limitation:

• your use of the Website;
• updates of the Website and these Terms.

Device Permissions.

The Website may request certain permissions only when needed for specific features. For example:

- Notifications: to send alerts you enable on the Website.
