180SCORE Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to payments made using bank cards through payment systems on the website.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Conditions for Refund Requests
180score may consider refund requests for Paid Services under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase and includes a valid reason.
- The purchase was a subscription or one-time digital service, excluding direct software or product downloads.
1.2 Circumstances for Refund Approval
Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- The purchase was made accidentally.
- A minor made the purchase without authorization.
- The user did not intend to renew the subscription.

1.3 Refund Requests After 14 Days

3. Subscription & Free Trials
3.1 Free & Paid Trials
- 180score may offer free or paid trials for its services.
- Users must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial to avoid being charged.
- A valid payment method is required to start a trial.
3.2 Subscription Billing & Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, 6 months, yearly, or as selected at purchase).
- Payment will be charged to the submitted payment method at the time of purchase.
- Users can cancel their subscription anytime through their account settings or by contacting [email protected]
- Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Users must manually cancel through their account settings.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid additional charges.
- Account Termination Does Not Immediately Cancel Access: Users who terminate their account will continue to have access until the end of their billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
